CIRCLE LABORATORIES' POCKET SCRUBZ POISED FOR EXPLOSIVE GROWTH
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Circle Laboratories, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Circle Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSYS) is forecasting explosive growth in sales of its flagship product, Pocket Scrubz. This optimistic outlook is due to two recent events: the appointment of Arthur Pirrone as VP of Sales; and the receipt of a utility patent on Pocket Scrubz, the only FDA-approved acne medication to be sold in a convenient, single use foil packet.
Mr. Pirrone's background, which spans 29 years of health and beauty care product and management experience, includes work at Fortune 500 companies like Revlon, Procter & Gamble, and Abbott Laboratories, and other smaller entrepreneurial companies. David Wolfe said, "With Art's experience and contacts, we are confident that we can capture a significant percentage of the $600-million facial care market."

Mr. Pirrone said, "My first priority will be to build a national network of sales representatives to bring this exciting new acne medication to the mass consumer market." Currently Circle Laboratories sells its facial care products through an innovative web site (http://www.pocketscrubz.com), special promotional programs and distributors. David Wolfe added, "As a result of our increased sales efforts, we expect to see exponential growth in our penetration of the facial care market."

Circle Laboratories' line of facial care products includes Sport Wipes, Travel Scrubz and its flagship product, Pocket Scrubz. In comparison to the five major brands of acne pads, which only come in leaky, bulky, plastic jars, Pocket Scrubz are sold in convenient foil lined packets making them easy to use anywhere.

Another of the company's subsidiaries, Winner's Circle Incentive Programs, Inc., runs promotions in public schools. The Pepsi Winner's Circle awards coupons are worth from $25 to $40 to students who achieve high grades. Among the companies that provide the incentive awards are Toys R Us, Pizza Hut, Burger King, and Dunkin Donuts. Pepsi Cola (NYSE: PEP) pays a fee each year to be the "title" sponsor of the program. Taking advantage of the synergy that exists, Pocket Scrubz are being promoted through this program.
