Dear Karl: Good post. I might add that apparently JJ and team are sharp enough to impress MULTINATIONAL Companies in that once they get their foot in the door it seems like the are given more and more responsability. I bet JJ's phone directory is worth millions by itself. Think what companies spend to get known, yet in 18 months or so they have as CLIENTS a very large hunk of Fortune 500 companies, government contacts in Congress, AMR, and a whole host of others I am likely omitting.
