Joe, jp doesn't put the contents of conversations on SI for one simple reason: He doesn't know whether to believe them either and he uses me as a straw man to play games with phony info.

You've been to Camarillo, you've spent time in tmmi's former offices, you've talked to all the then-local players, you know the style, the methodology and the motivation behind the game playing. THUS, YOU HAVE EARNED THE RIGHT TO HAVE OPINIONS BASED ON FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE. CONGRATULATIONS FOR SAYING IT LIKE IT IS: IF IT LOOKS LIKE A RAT, WALKS LIKE A RAT, AND SMELLS LIKE A RAT, THEN IT MUST BE A RAT.

If it's not a rat, then let them PROVE it. Until then you, Larry, me and any other tmmi bears are providing the only objective truth on this board. Namely, tmmi doesn't have the goods or else they would release public info to the contrary. And we are RIGHT to assume that tmmi doesn't have the goods until they prove otherwise. All other claims to tmmi truth are subjective because they are based on hearsay, not facts.

The sad part is that many believe or want to believe every rumor that comes to this thread. Mucho money has been lost down that rabbit hole of rumors, even at these low prices.

Arnie

joe, you have it ALL wrong....I called tom, not the other way
around...he answered the phone this time...you have it WRONG
about how information is disseminated from companies...tom said to
post what he said, if i want, but he didnt tell me anything "secret"
or something that anyone couldnt find out by picking up the phone...
that's your choice...now, read all the posts after mine and figure
out for yourself why i didnt post what tom said...yet,in the end, i
still caught hell...when i get lucky and get through on the phone,
i am doing it for me, not you, arnie, merlin etal....and if anyone
wants to save a dime, not call, but ask me, have at it...at least
1 dozen people have so far...sit back and wonder why we cant get
it from the company, and have to resort to what we have here, now...
merlin i can handle, he is only a tunafish wannabe hahahahahahah
arnie, now him i cant understand
jp

I see jp got to you first, Joe. I thought you were more stock-savvy than you are acting now. Why would you wonder about a shareholder calling a company to get information. Happens all the time. In fact, many companies have Investor Relations Departments whose job is to take calls from shareholders. You know that, Joe. Don't go the way of the people here who like to put a negative spin on every comment made.

And Arnie has called on Tom to NOT post any news release unless it contains real news. That's a reasonable request. Don't hammer Tom for doing just that.

And if you thought Tom called jp, read more carefully.
