This guy sums up SEVL very well

"93 Million accumulated deficit, losses of approx 20 Million every year, 10 Mill in Convertible Preferred waiting in the wings, 2.5 Mill registered to come on the market very shortly at $3, (about a 10% dilution), hardly any receivables. Based on past sales I wouldn't say demand for the product is very high. I would have reasoned it would be worth the buy this morning because it "was" being pumped successfully. Most of the companies that have sustained high double and triple digit rises the past few months do not have a record which investors can point too. I believe that is the difference here. Good luck if you are long, perhaps we can all make some money on this one."
