. I wonder what that million share buy means

Sarmad, it means that the elephants are dominating the Amzn trading activities now? for the next few weeks? if this is the case, then the volatility will be reduced.

The wild cards have always been the e-day-traders and the shorts; and the options tradings. IMHO.

My feeling is still....so you may miss the big killings, but you are in a position to make nice and small $$$ more frequently.

>>In the old days, price would be at least 10 or 20 points higher. I need a theory to explain this<

OK, here is a theory. This stock is very tired and the elephants know this better than anyone. What used to be buy the dips is now sell the rallys. My guess is that the stock is slowly shifting from the hands of the elephants into the hands of the retail speculators/investors. The best way for the elephants and insiders to get out is slowly (so that they prey cannot tell what is happening). There are large standing sell orders out there waiting to greet each new buy order.

Well, you wanted a theory!
