Better Iran-Saudi cooperation good news, but not the most critical issue. Tha $64 million dollar question is -- do the non-OPEC producers cooperate with OPEC? No way OPEC will cut if they believe non-OPEC suppliers will fill the gap.

I think the key non-OPEC producers will cooperate with OPEC now that they have experienced real pain. But if they don't -- kiss the current oil and OSX rally goodbye.
