Looks like this Money Manager is making out big on SEVL

Anchor tenant means they got the online tutorial business locked up on AOL, this business is a money losing niche market, but SEVL has got its place on AOL. Think this is like getting a agreement with Yahoo to have a store-link

7thStreet.com (SEVL:Nasdaq), a tiny Internet content
provider, is about to announce a pact with America Online
(AOL:NYSE), in which 7thStreet's Tutorials.com will become
an "anchor tenant" in AOL's Computing and Workplace
Channels, the column says. An unidentified New York
money manager, who owns 5% of the company's shares,
says: "We see 7th-Street as one of the best undervalued
investments on the Internet" and "could triple in 12 months."
The stock closed yesterday at 2 3/4.
