Pallisard- Me thinks today's rise is not over yet. The market will tell us when all of the so-called rumored news of new P.O.'s is about to happen. No more guessing, because this stock has a mind of it's own. I hope to see the volume JUMP soon with an associated price SPIKE. Then we may be talking the big kahoona! Most importantly IMO, this confirms our new base of $7. Good luck to all longs. HC

The TA is looking good. All the indicators have become clearly positive except the MACD which still looks neutral. The price broke out of a small 3 weeks shallow downtrend on unimpressive volume, so I'll stick to my earlier forecast of a gentle rise to the 8 area. I think it'll be a back-and-fill movement; don't expect any spikes without a PR. If there is any unwarranted movement accompanied by a volume increase but no PR, that would certainly represent some unpublished happenings or prospects thereof, as many of you have already pointed out. I think we're in for a splendid week. Shorts beware!
