I think that if a married man has truly no mental cost in the above scenario, he is either dumb as a rock or a sociopath. Jm$.02
The rare case like the basketball player or the sheik, who had willing honeys surrounding him since puberty - his value structure will have been shaped in the direction of an exuberantly guiltless ( and short-lived - gotta mind the numbers) sexual encounter. Now, we can wonder - is this a form of sociopathy in and of itself?
