Arnie, dont officers/executives of a public stock company have to file a report with the SEC when selling/buying stock in that company??? Regardless, of how the stock was obtained????? If memory serves me???Tom aquired millions of shares in exchange for merging?????his company????with TMM??????? a million shares @ 1.5 cents is =to $15,000. Now thats better than a stick in the eyeball, isnt it??? Ok, settle for a penny, thats $10,000.....Now wouldnt this be public record at the SEC????
