I recently saw a nearly identical question concerning a stock's volume on another thread.

The answer, which sounded plausible, was that it was due to a bloc sale. A buyer will pre-arrange to purchase a large block of shares at an already pre-arranged price. Apparently, this is common.

I don't know what the volume means, I'm just still lamenting the fact I might not be able to buy more shares at 2. George, doesn't everyone know this is a speculative play? And we haven't heard from Bob recently.LOL And the volume goes on.
