Yes I am long some tech stocks. I make a distinction between my spec and other positions. I focus on playing short term moves on the one hand and finding good core holdings on the other. I have never owned AMZN, however, and do not plan to here. If I was not already so highly leveraged in my spec positions, buying net stocks and/or shorting them would be an alternative. For my preferred game I just play options. I was spineless and did not buy calls on AMZN last month when I rolled out of the puts.

Mark -- we are seeing the beginnings of upside capitulation -- imagine what this could turn into. BTW -- it looks like big money is starting to buy gold. Imagine the short covering rally there!
