DLJ this am ..."however, because of the end of winter demand,bloated inventories and the strong liklihood that OPEC will not cut production, we believe both oil and natural gas prices will weaken in the weeks ahead....we believe that it is unlikely that OPEC will cut production furthur because of its poor compliance record with its existing cuts and their expectation of a severe drop in non-OPEC supply.....while commodity prices could weaken again before a sustained rally, we believe that they are likely past bottom and as such the group (osx)will continue to outperform over the next several months" (note weeks vs months reference) fwiw
