Just read the following on another thread and was wondering how it will affect our spin offs since our CEO doesn't seem to be in any big hurry to become a filing company?
"you know April one is the last day the SEC will allow a non reporting spinoff, then in June they start making all companies become SEC compliant... they will be starting with A's and then going alphabetically."
