I believe they have to come up with some cash for that Systeam aquisition on the 18th. I would presume - they will only go ahead with it if they have the cash. I think some kind of PR will have to be issued to update their stockholders on the situation by then.
Unless Systeam have bundles of cash in their treasury it would be pretty suicidal to go ahead and pay pu in cash - without a loan in place.
