The 380 Mhz processor @ 12W is (so soon after the PII 366 release) truely excellent execution by AMD. The 600 Mhz K7 demo at Cebit should turn some heads (and change some minds). I hope the chip that they demo is from their 0.25u process. If it is from R&D at 0.18u, it wouldn't be positive news.

BTW, did anyone notice the rate at which the 300 Mhz K6-2 eMachines systems ($399) flew out the doors? Even though AMD is probably not getting more than $50 a piece for those things, it gives them a place to dump the chips and not build up inventory at the low end.

This stock is poised for a major rally.
