Sorry about the Helenator. That's a miserable thing for a little child. I get them myself sometimes, and they are miserable, period. But I can take stuff like Benadryl, and ear oil with Benzocaine, and bourbon.

Tell me about your new lawn mower - I did not rake this weekend as it rained.

We battled ear infections constantly when Stephen was between one and two. We finally relented and had tubes put in his ears, and the infections ceased. He seems none the worse for wear from the experience. His tubes fell out about a year ago with no harmful effects.

Michael has had a couple of ear infections which we were able to catch early and treat with antibiotics. The early warning signs are much easier to detect the second time around.

Now St. Tomorrow; that would have been funny.

Anyone ever hear of St. Urho's day? It's the day after St. Paddies day, so it doesn't get much attention, but it is a Finnish thing and is writ large in the history of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
