Read it in one of their recent news releases. It soon should be all verified by a leading auditing firm as already discussed here, until then, the risk that this is not legitimate is written into the current price of the stock. Where else can you buy a $5, perhaps even $30 stock for only .50 ?

LEAH is not reporting as of yet. But if you look at the press release about the sale of their export portion of the business, it says that they sold it for $8,000,000 which brings total cash to over $10,000,000. So the information has been released to the news wire. I don't understand the lack of interest in this company. It has cash, it has oil reserves, it has made money every quarter since it has been traded, yet the market makers still have control over it.
