Smart Investor,
Don't be nervous. I heard EGGS mentioned today stating that all the E comerce were down and there was NO reason that they knew of.

Oh God, There goes Alan Greenspan. I better go sell everything. VBG

just kidding, but he sure makes the market go down.

Dorine

Hey Smarty!

What are the numbers Wall Street is looking for this quarter for Egghead? Since there really is no coverage at this point for the company are you using numbers you have "bounced" off EGGS management?

Now for some facts: my contact at HMQT says the company is on the road in front of the investment community and they are planning on pricing the secondary Thursday night for Friday.

Additionally, new guidance by the underwriters will be dispersed throughout the investment community...using company guidance.

Now for nonfactual commentary...in my experience working on the "sell side" the underwriters will provide quarterly estimates they are very certain the company can not only meet but exceed....

If you were going to put your valued customers' money on the line wouldn't you do your best to position the pricing for a win-win...?

Exactly.
