DMEC inching up. Was at .125 on Thursday and has crept up to .17 today without any news, hype or out extraordinary volume. Looking for a strong run into the website launch near the month's end.

ACCR...Here is the tout that went to retail brokers today......

Shares outstanding..20,000,000. Restricted shares..16,000,000.

The company has increased sales 800%...97 to 98

Experence: ACCR is a "gray beard" among its its peers and established itsself as an early entrant in the ip telephony market. In corporating in october 1996 with the express purpose of an ITSP. ACCR opened its first gateway in salt lake city. Utah in August of 1997. Since the initial launch ACCR has opened an additional nine domestic U.S. gateway cities and two in canada. With entry into additional international markets underway.

4,000,000 minutes per month of international traffic has been contracted for with an additional 3,000,000 minutes per month expected to be added by june 1999 under the current contracts. ACCR has targeted switchless resellers of international long distance and is having success in making lucrative deals in this arena.

Not yet, but I did play a short round trips during the dip, picking up some small profit to offset the retracement.

The penny market is getting weaker everyday; support lines are penetrated without much effort, strong news no longer move stocks, mms shorting anything but the strongest at will, and with a few selected stocks (BIDN, for instance), the whole market is in a retreat.

Staying mostly in cash, but will play a few selected mid to large cap net stocks: VERT, CNET, CMGI....
