I thought that IDC was quoted in the article as well. I believe that IDC is rather well respected.

As for a single order of 265 computers, growth is always measured in relative terms and not absolute terms. And exponential growth (as in DELL's equity price, for example) is often spectacular in hindsight.

Coby: cannot say any better myself. The fact is: Dell is too late for China's corp./Gov. agency market, and too expensive for individual market. This leaves me in a puzzle that where Dell will fit itself in China? Although I don't blame them want to try it out because, after all, it is one of the pc market with big potentials.
