Money is no where near the most important thing in life. 1. Faith 2. Family 3. Friends Wrong ! 1. Faith... in Money ? (I guess that's personal, so it does not even enter the contest), besides, in my eyes... faith in anything, is moonshine. (my personal opinion). 2. Family. What is needed to feed, shelter, and educate a family ? A = Start with MONEY. without it, you are whistling in the wind... (actually a hurricane). From there you can list other things. But you still need money. 3. Friends. Yea well... See how many friends you end up with, when in the poor house... I guess you will need a friend to lend you some MONEY before you starve... right ? I doubt that compassion, (from others), will stop you from starving. Unless of course it is "endless"... then again, who wants to be in such position? not I. Besides, how many people want to have poor friends?... so they can lend their money to.... My vote still says that Money is the most important thing in life. If it were not, why is it that the "leaders" of the ones that do not have it, want to "re-distribute" it to their "vote providers". Could it be they are not capable of "producing more of it" ? ________________ "Discontent for money is just a trick of the rich to keep the poor without it." Michael Corleone [We only need to look at the Catholic Church, {and others}, to realize how true the above is.] _____________________ "So you think that money is the root of all evil? Have you ever asked what is the root of money? Money is a tool of exchange, which can not exist unless there are goods produced and men capable of producing them. Money is the material shape of the principle that men who wish to deal with one another must deal by trade and give value for value. Money is not the tool of moochers, who claim your product by tears, or of the looters, who take it from you by force. Money is made possible only by the men who produce. Is that what you consider evil?..." Francisco d'Anconia,
