Dear Mark: Well, if the suit has NOT been mentioned in the last annual report than I guess we can presume that it has been dispensed with. I wonder how they could have done that and not disclosed it in a press release or filing 8-k with the SEC. Perhaps it never was a serious case?? JDN

MVIS thread: Short take from the "This Week" section of Defense News: RETINA BECOMES DISPLAY SCREEN The U.S. Army's RAH-66 Comanche scout helicopter may be equipped with a cutting-edge, helmet-mounted retinal display system that will project battlefield information directly onto the retina of the pilot's eye, according to Lt. Gen. Paul Kern, director of the Army's acquisition corps.
