Dear Mark: Well, if the suit has NOT been mentioned in the last annual report than I guess we can presume that it has been dispensed with. I wonder how they could have done that and not disclosed it in a press release or filing 8-k with the SEC. Perhaps it never was a serious case?? JDN

Humbly report, All, from the Yahoo! MVIS thread:

Short take from the "This Week" section of Defense News:

RETINA BECOMES DISPLAY SCREEN

The U.S. Army's RAH-66 Comanche scout helicopter may be equipped with a cutting-edge, helmet-mounted retinal display system that will project battlefield information directly onto the retina of the pilot's eye, according to Lt. Gen. Paul Kern, director of the Army's acquisition corps. He said a second RAH-66 prototype is expected to be flying the first week of April.

I'm not a Defense News subscriber, so can't verify.
