More IMOT: Being a new company, they did a private placement 504 thing totalling nearly 2M shares. This is a common thing. The float on IMOT is closer to 2M right now and will top out at a max of 2.5M once all the private placement folks sell their shares. In reality, this is good longer term for the stock. It will add liquidity and some stability in price. Furthermore, within the next two weeks a news release will detail a major distribution agreement with a Chinese company. I am told that it is a company we have all heard of. More... IMOT also does some Y2K work which is a huge problem in China. Look for good revenues from this part of the business. IMOT will be fully reporting within a few weeks. I am told by the company that it will be a profitable company within the first year. This is different from most I-net related companies as most take years if ever, to show a profit. Again, do your own DD. Tom
