I too thought the announcement would be "positive" for some movement in this company. Alas, nothing so far.

As far as "banter" being constructive or not, it depends on what is considered "banter". I guess I took offense at continually being called a "basher" because I have reservations, and have tried to make my point repeatedly, but it keeps missing the target. My purpose is to obtain "real" information in a situation where information in general is quite ambiguous. Performing DD on this company is like pulling teeth...the "easiest" method is to dissect the PR's and releases, but there is so much generality that it is somewhat pointless. Phone calls to the company are never returned, if one can get through at all. And the total number of shares outstanding is quite astonishing. The latest 144 filings are of concern, since no reason was given for them.

The cyclical nature of this company is the best method, IMO, to make money. Cycles run out, however, and I don't know how many bounces this one has left. I am quite disappointed in the quality of the web site, and the company they just purchased, well, I have some concerns about. I too thought it would jump on the latest news, and in fact bought in just to test the waters, but got out after a continual decline. I've seen so many BB's close their doors- good companies, poor management- and just wonder if this one will follow suit. Time will tell, but as restricted shares start to increase the float, hitting that $.20 to $.30 price target gets more and more remote, IMO.
