after a day like today, one has to wonder if the idtc sale is coming
to a close. two more days to learn of the consent agreement, but the
volume and price movement of the past week would back up those, like
hawaii, who have thought it was a deal, except for the dotting of
the i's.

thank you for you compliment, but the heart of the thread is hawaii
and crusader4truth (newmillenium). they have not only posted the
news (yahoo also, and who knows what else they have subjected
themselves to), but interpreted the events well. we are fortunate to
have them on the thread. i hang on and do a contest on the
information crusader brought forward, since this is clearly a
non-hype thread, but clearly he uncovered critical information
which has set a tone for the movement of idtc and i do not want
us forget the info and for those looking at idtc, the iformation
is there.

I would not be surprised if there is no news tomorrow. But I think after today we are pretty sure that bondholder approval is secure. Now we have to wait and see the terms of the spinoff and the identity of the corporate investor. Then we see what the market thinks of these things.
