Columbia's football team. Forget about it. The loser and new antichampion is Advanced Micro Devices (AMD:NYSE), which just went for the title with its preannouncement just now of a big steaming significant loss. If AMD were in football, it would have the first draft choice for as far as the eye can see. Heck, if you didn't know any better you would think these guys are point shavers! When I wrote that these guys didn't have a clue last month you couldn't light up a cigarette next to my email box without causing one of those fireworks-like fires. Maybe this time people will get the message: There is no price, at least on a fundamental basis, at which you can own this stock.
