If we make the 40s, I feel we can move through the $42 range undaunted....

According to the JC Bradford (downgrade) report, the suit might be resolved by then (i.e. a few weeks to a few months to resolve). Kind of makes you wonder why they downgraded. The only negative in the article was the software divisions slowdown because of Y2K.
