Market may be reacting albeit quite slowly to Bell Mobility and Portugal announcements. That coupled with TSE 100 on March 19 and we may have a winner. My take is back to $36 before the end of week and then another announcement that will take it to March 19 at $40. Don't underestimtate CGI marketing machine, they may not give all information but in contracting business, alot of times clients dont like to broardcast their actual expenses in IT. If an acquisition is coming, and I've heard March on the street as well, then this baby could go into orbit. Let's keep the faith for a little bit longer. The management at CGI deserve it, they keep delivering.
