You seem to be a bit skeptical about their spin off <g> you know April on is the last day the SEC will allow a non reporting spinoff, then in June they start making all companies become SEC compliant... they will be starting with A's and then going alphabetically. Wouldnt it be a hoot if the new company was named ZZWOTD.Com <LOL> KAA

Off Topic - Ya know...every time I see the term re-structure in a company PR, I think Reverse split. WOTD will spin-off their junk at some outrageous price, where PC and friends will be issued lot of shares which will promptly be sold driving the price down. Additionally, WOTD will RS, maybe 300 to 1, keeping same number of authorized shares, allowing PC and friends to issue more shares, which will promptly be sold driving the price down. The theme here is ... shares will promptly be sold driving the price down. OUCH...
