A good idea, but Transpoint (MSFT/FDC/C) so far hasn't really partnered with any bill creators (i.e. BLLS, edocs, etc.,). Transpoint is trying to control EBPP as much as they can (creation, delivery, and payment). Although, due to their lack of success, they may be forced to work with companies like BLLS. BLLS management should be very careful signing any contracts with MSFT, many have been burnt.

The sector certainly is heating up. CKFR made huge recoveries yesterday on Deutsche Bank Buy Rec. Remember BLLS is also being watched by Deutsche Bank. FWIW
