Scumbria: The FTC is not there to protect competition, they are there to protect consumers. There is a difference. If Intel is succeeds at destroying AMD because they are a more efficient manufacturer (through higher yields for example...hint hint) that is NOT a violation of anti-trust laws.....perhaps it should be different, but that is the law as it stands. -Ritz
