There's a difference between selling your own personal shares and issuing new, authorized, shares. And the results are not both dilutive, only new shares are. If you sell your own, the total number of shares is the same, so what are you talking about?

You were out to prove that DGIV was a scam. You had all the time and resources to prove your concept.

Instead you keep on bringing FAMH up and hope that by mentioning FAMH in relationship to DGIV hope that some of that rubs on DGIV.
