CW can't go wrong choosing either of those schools. I would favor UVa given their better football team. Though, now that I think about it, Rice has defeated Northwestern the last two years.

EDIT-Houston was HOT Houston has not begun to be hot. That was just a little tease. Rice is lovely -- my only negative is that in the Fall, for some reason having to do with the kind of trees they have there, a gazillion bazillion birds hang out in the trees there during their migration from somewhere north, to where you have to plan your walks through campus based upon the latest reports of which trees the little buggers have taken over. Failure to do so can result in a very embarrassing situation when you reach class. Leastways, this happened every year I was there, and I assume it continues to this day.
