Ref:AMD --->Lousy management,pathetic yield ,a killer combination. ed a: Problem with AMD seems to be that one can not rely on them for a steady supply of products is what I hear as their yield is lousy they hardly are able to make commitments to customers especially large volume customers if there are any.On top of that like I said before here on this thread a while back that Jerry Sanders guy is more like a snake-oil salesman than a worthy CEO,these two together makes it for a sad story,particulalry considering they could have been a potential contender in the field keeping competition alive and prices in check but until and unless somebody get rid of the CEO the chance of this happening is zero to none. Didn't all them pundits say AMD was going to eat Intel's lunch with K6 III chip only the other day,oh well I love when these 'wise guys' prove themselves WRONG time and again.<vbg>
