Hi Ian...I wouldn't dare try to play judge as far as saying who is adding value or not..but I'll give you a good clue....read every post for 2-3 weeks, and you will get a good idea who should be on your short list..(additionally, from that point on, keep up with your "short-list", and read all new posters first few posts to determine if they should be on your short list too)... Every few months, tweak the process, perhaps this should keep you in good stead....hope it helps...,maybe others have ideas...
