I have hard time understanding what is holding this stock down. This property so close to ARP it should be creating major excitement. When you look at the JV partner OK the market cap difference makes no sense.
OK trading at $1.25 has a market cap of $8 mil versus TRR now trading at a market cap of about $2 mil. OK has to spend $3 mil on the property make cash payments of US$340 and issue 600k shares to TRR to earn 60% of the three properties.

OPW is another example. It is trading @ $1.75 with a market cap of ~$20 mil. OPW was trading below .40 when the ARP (Barrick buy out) excitement started. Their property is closer but smaller and they had already returned them to the vendor previous to ARP hits.

A some point TRR has got to start moving up and stay up.
