The kid is exempt from SI bob......the terms of use, in essence, a contract, is not binding to 15 year olds.

I wonder if he was old enough to "AGREE" to the terms? SI says the "Terms" are governed by the LAWS of NY or some other state that won't accept a 15 year olds "agreement."
