So you knew too.

Why wasn't there a filing?

I'm going to respectfully disagree with you on: "IMHO those that went spent their time and money. If they want to share, that is fine, if
they don't, that is fine too. " That is EXACTLY what happened when 7 people spent their own money to go to an MTEI meeting...some of them saw that the company really did not produce any deeds to the land ownership they spoke of...and they chose NOT to disclose this information. Well, in both cases, these people are on a public thread, supposedly taking this trip to help investor's analyze the company. If they find something questionable and don't reveal it (but maybe sell their stock?) then yes, it is their prerogative, but no, it's not morally correct, IMO.

Trouble being...

Mr. Street brings up a negative and the flock are quick to deny or ignore.

MoneyBaggs or Mr. D brings up a positive and the thread is full of wide eye wonder.

And a digital photo depicts Mr. Chin holding up a piece of paper and the crowd here is cheering, yet when you look real close at the piece of paper he is holding up it seems like there should have been a foul called because you cannot tell if this piece of paper is a real contract or some recipe for meatballs and spaghetti with marinara sauce. Everybody assumes it is a real contract because XXXXXX said so.

I suppose credibility is a no no here, but it would at least be nice to know DGIV is on the up and up and it can be validated by the company itself.

So, when are the filings expected to be completed?
