I mean electronically assisted turbocharging system

I asked last fall if the following was going to bite into TRBD's future:

With 15 billion in annual turnover and turbocharging systems approaching 1 billion, ALD decides that the future of advanced electronic-assist turbocharging lies with TRBD's technology?

It would be nice to know if the hydraulic system is going to be scrapped or will have different applications?

(Nasdaq:TRBD - news; EASDAQ:TRBD) reported that on March 3, 1999 in the matter of the binding arbitration between Grand Technologies Inc. and the Company arising out of the exclusive distributorship agreement entered into between the Company and Grand in June 1996, the arbitrator has determined that the Company is liable to Grand for damages in the amount of approximately $6.65 million as a result of negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract and breach of a purchase order.

The Company strongly denies any wrongdoing and will vigorously seek judicial review to have this award vacated as the Company believes that the arbitrator exceeded his powers. There can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in this effort.
