That's very disappointing. In general I think these seminars are scams, pure and simple. I was hoping this one would be an exception, but like so much in the world of daytrading, the trader ends up the chump. From the research I've done, and from observation, it seems only a very small percentage of hardcore daytraders make real money. The rest either lose, or at best break even. I think that there is stuff you can learn, but I think it would be mostly from watching other traders trade and talking to them. As is the case with all these "seminars" - if these "teachers" are so hot, how come they teach instead of trading? Simple: they are full of s***. It's easier to make money off of traders than actually make money from trading. The amount of fraud and ruthless scamming going on is directly proportional to the dreams people have. The same with the film industry. Countless hundreds of thousands from all over the world come to Hollywood to become "stars". Only a handful make it. But the industry that has grown around scamming the dreamers is huge: "come baby, I'll make you a star - $1500 for a photoshoot" or "come auditon on my couch". These people are nothing but snakeoil salesman and leeches. Those who could REALLY teach, are trading full-time. Everyone else is after one thing, and one thing only: your money. At least a broker, provides a necessary service. These seminar leeches are nothing but scammers.
