Mike, in past cases even remotely similar to Intel how big are the fines . it seems to me that most fines are relatively small but perhaps I am not aware of the big " tough love" type fines of years past. Mike

In re: Intel fine, I expect no (zero) fine. I suspect that the settlement is another "consent decree" a la Microsquash. I could be wrong, but the tenor of press releases sounds like that, or (at most) a slap on the wrist. Intergraph is still suing separately, mind you. If I'm wrong about the fine, well, heck. This is an uninformed guess.
