Here's an excerpt from CNET's 4th Qtr results regarding the AOL deal ------ Yesterday, CNET and America Online announced that AOL has selected CNET to be the exclusive provider of computer hardware and software buying guides for its AOL Service and AOL.COM, as well as the primary provider of computing buying guides on CompuServe, AOL Digital City and on certain AOL International services. Under the terms of the agreement, CNET will also create a variety of co-branded, computing-oriented content areas on the various AOL brands. This agreement provides CNET the opportunity to extend the reach of its computing-oriented information and shopping services to an important new audience of consumers.
