Both stocks have bullish RS in O's. Both of these bellweathers moved into O's on their RS charts in October '98, not too far from the bottom. CSCO went B+ in November, while MSFT moved back into X's in December. That darn antitrust case. EMC, HD, MER, C and CMB all look very good. Take care, Bruce
