Craft mentioned Mobius in today's IBD (published Sat. morning) in a positive light in an article on EBP&P. By virtue of the mention (and context) the purchase price CKFR paid was slightly surprising (low). Strategically, I like the bolt on buy. Financial planning will grow in demand with the baby boomers and, according to the press release, financial planning services represented a hole in CKFR's product offering. Side bar observation: Burton, not Craft, is the CKFR bear.
