NEW LOOKS REAL POSITIVE CYPRESS MINERALS CORP ("CYP-V;CYPMF-L") ABADDON RESOURCES INC. ("ABA-V;ABADF-L") - Cypress Agreement With Abaddon Cypress Minerals ("Cypress") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Abaddon Resources ("Abaddon") whereby the two companies will consolidate their land holdings in the Lac Rocher area of Quebec into a single joint venture. In order to earn a 50% interest in the 115 claims held by Cypress two kilometers west of Nuinsco Resources' core holdings, Abaddon has agreed to reimburse Cypress all of its staking and related costs which total $75,000. Abaddon has also agreed to issue a total of 100,000 shares of its capital stock to Cypress as further consideration. In addition, Abaddon will assign to Cypress a 50% interest in its recently acquired claims 1.5 kilometers west of the Nuinsco discovery area at no cost to Cypress. The combined land holdings of Cypress and Abaddon, represent one of the largest contiguous land packages held by any company other than Nuinsco in the Lac Rocher area. The Cypress claims also host a north-south trending magnetic high which has been mapped by the Quebec government as a mafic intrusive containing gabbro and monzonite which are associated with many large nickel deposits. A corporate finance fee will be paid to Canaccord Capital by Abaddon for services rendered with respect to the initial acquisition of the claims and the subsequent joint venture between the two companies. Robert Paul, a director of both Cypress Minerals and Abaddon Resources has refrained from voting with respect to a Director's Resolution recommending acceptance of the joint venture agreement between Cypress and Abaddon.
