A tidbit that I don't think has been mentioned yet on this thread. The Midas Gold Fund owns several 100,000 shares of JDX. Their strict policy is that they don't hold any companies that are not related to gold production/mining. As soon as the news came out about JDX getting out of the mining industry the Midas Fund may have started dumping. This could be why big blocks keep showing up for sale. Of course I'm only guessing that the Midas Fund is selling now. For all I know they could be waiting until after the formal news release to exit the stock. However my guess say they have been liquidating their position slow over the past month which would explain the large selling that has been going on. I just found out about the Midas Fund holdings last week.

Best Regards
