betty, misery loves company..... It kind of funny how Vivus goes up on old news that we discussed here a week ago. I guess the sheep got greedy on the clit cream story......expect some more greed tomorrow. Big question is whether or not we can break a big resistance level at 6 (old support). I would love it if we can break 6 tomorrow and then pull back and find support again at 6. If we can hold above 5 we get on the radar screens of the big institutions that can't buy sub $5.00 stocks. If they start accumulating we then have our next short term resistance at 8 and then major resistance at 10. Looking forward to the following announcements VERY soon: 1)MUSE licensing in Spain for a $2M milestone. 2)MUSE licensing in France for a $2M milestone. 3)Insider buying of Vivus in February by ALL board members. 4)The FDA update on the GLOBAL Viagra body bag count which is now 3 1/2 months since the last update and is supposedly over 400 now. 5)Factor X (which I still can't discuss at this time but I will tell why I am not talking until AFTER it comes out). and of course the REAL DEAL we are all waiting and hoping for is that long awaited domestic partner story. I don't have the foggiest idea as to when that is going to occur but I am told that AT THE VERY LATEST expect for it to be a done deal no later than the end of Q2 and possibly much earlier. My TA friend is still VERY BOTHERED by that gap from 21 to 15 that never got filled. He says that unless Vivus goes bankrupt or sold that it MUST BE FILLED. It CAN happen in 2 weeks 2 months or 2 years all depending on what type of news breaks in the future. Anybody out there care to predict how long that's going to take? VLAD PS Can someone out there who really knows their sh#t on the options stuff analyze the calls/puts and tell me what it is telling them?
