I am just a customer that chimes in too often. Call Tech support during the day. I haven't had a problem with downloads. People who have and fixed them should jump in and share the fix. I did change to QP2b site when the other site seemed to be down. Remember don't edit site address but use pull down to change it.

Peg,

Been there, done that <g>. I got a fix that works just today. Here's how (Richard's previous message says it all).

Go to QP Setup and click on the Internet Downloader tab. Now use the little arrow to display the QP2b.com server then click on that. You will now have the option to make QP2b your default server and tell it yes. Your problems will be over.

Theresa emailed me this afternoon to say they are working on QP2. If you simply edit the QP2.com line to read QP2b it doesn't "stick" and you end up not changing a thing, consequently, no download.

Good luck, Ken
