Not going to happen.

What would not surprise would be an eventual trade confrontation with China, set off perhaps by a U.S. reaction to espionage. Clinton may not do it, but suppose Buchanan develops it successfully as a campaign issue....and the campaign isn't that far away. CBS claims, in this evening's news, that active espionage in China's behalf is still taking place at Los Alamos. Gore, poor man, would be utterly helpless. Heads are going to roll over this...FBI delaying for two years before telling Clinton, all the while he's accepting campaign donations from, what could turn out to be, the Chinese government itself, acting through shadow agents...like priests. There may be no controlling legal authority, but don't discount public outrage just yet. This is a young issue.

RADAF, and other China-based publicly traded issues, are at real risk no matter what their earnings sheets show. Just suppose America's parents decide to follow a "Don't Buy China" policy based on this.
